Family-Based Immigration

In my family immigration practice I guide clients through the process of becoming a permanent resident after marriage to a U.S. Citizen or other qualifying family ties and frequently represent those who applied through a process called Adjustment of Status at green card or citizenship interviews before offices of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Jose. I also counsel those who are not eligible for Adjustment of Status or require a waiver because of prior immigration violations and must apply abroad at U.S. Consulates. I ensure that my clients throughout the world receive their visas without delay.

Business Immigration - Employment Based

I have assisted businesses from small start-ups (tech and non-tech) to multinational corporations in a host of industries including manufacturing, research, internet businesses, contract manufacturing, medical including alternative healing, automobile, movie and TV productions, wine producers and importers, restaurants, financial, and many more. My role is to determine the most feasible and fastest route to secure work visas for most talented work force that often lead to permanent employment authorization (green card).
